Du får en 4 ugers kostplan, hvor vi er kommet med forslag til alle dagens måltider. Kostplanen er bygget op omkring helt almindelig mad og et princip om, at intet er forbudt. Du vil derfor opleve en kostplan, som er nem at følge og tilpasse et almindeligt familieliv. Kostplanen handler ikke om at tælle kalorier, men om at spise fornuftlige portioner og træffe sunde valg.
Denne kostplan er ikke et quick fix, men nærmere en kickstart til en sundere livsstil og et varigt vægttab. Derfor vil du foruden kostplanen også modtage vores 5 kostprincipper og generel information om sunde valg.
Vælger du kostplanen for ammende mødre, får du også information om, hvordan du bør spise, og hvad du skal være opmærksom på, når du gerne vil tabe dig, uden det går ud over din mælkeproduktion.
