Blok A består typisk af opvarmning eller kernetræning, blok B er en workout, og blok C er en valgfri blok med afspænding eller udstræk. I alt tager en træning ca. 30 minutter.

Du bestemmer helt selv, hvor og hvornår du træner, og du har adgang til alle træningerne i et helt år.

Til træningen bliver du guidet af træner Maria, som er specialiseret i graviditetstræning, og Rikke træner sammen med dig og viser dig øvelserne.
